Recommended Client Communication for clarity: Infrastructure costs are always handled separately from project pricing and must never be included in build estimates. For small clients without internal IT capability, Salyant manages hosting, cloud services, APIs, and AI usage, and bills these monthly based on actual consumption (with margin). For clients with internal IT capability or specific security/compliance requirements, infrastructure should be provisioned by the client, and Salyant will deploy within the client’s environment.
